Project Management

Having coordinated a number of projects, campaign, and initiatives including the historic Penobscot River Restoration Project, Laura and George possess the experience and wherewithal to help manage projects of varying size and complexity. The unique insight and perspective gained from implementing one of the Nation's largest river restoration projects start to finish sets Source to Sea apart when it comes to coordinating complex, high profile efforts. We can assist with assessing current management structure, developing a strategic management plan, and adding management capacity when needed. Ensuring projects operate efficiently and effectively with well coordinated and integrated resources is essential to success. Steady management of technical experts, funders, regulators, partners, and public constituents can make of break desired results. From coordination of resources, building a technical team, overseeing field activities, to implementing a well thought out management framework Source to Sea is a one-stop-shop for ensuring well supported outcomes are achieved on time and on budget.

Technical Assistance

Our multi-disciplinary backgrounds position us to assist with a variety of technical elements of your complex natural resource, watershed, or environmental project. We specialize in: permitting, regulatory, and licensing assistance; building project support, outreach, and community relations; watershed assessment; and strategic project development. We excel at developing partnerships, building teams, and coordinating resources that optimize outcomes. Laura and George both have diverse expertise with water and natural resources matters with backgrounds in law, science, policy, and communications. We add knowledge and insight to technical teams pursuing project design, approval, construction, oversight, and monitoring. From scoping to implementation and management, we are ready to provide project assistance and additional capacity.
